We are currently seeking to fill the role for a full time, employed Digital Marketing Copywriting Assistant. This position would be working from the HodgesNet office in Swindon (Town Center) - this is NOT a remote working position.

Under their guidance, you'll dive headfirst into the thrilling world of digital marketing. You will outgoing, be someone who has a high attention to detail and a willingness to serve.

The Copywriting Assistant
Role and Responsibilities

• Helping shape and roll out our game-changing digital marketing campaigns.
• Creating concise and attention-grabbing copy for various social media platforms.
• Writing compelling email subject lines and body copy to encourage recipients to open the email and take the desired action.
• Writing persuasive copy for online advertisements, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other display ads.
• Creating copy for landing pages that is focused on a specific call to action, such as signing up for a webinar, downloading an e-book, or purchasing a product.
• Ensuring that all written content maintains consistent brand messaging and tone, helping to build and reinforce brand identity.
• Reviewing and editing your own work or the work of others to ensure accuracy, grammar, and clarity
• Staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platforms to create content that's relevant and effective in the constantly evolving online landscape
• Helping pull together detailed monthly client reports.
• Staying in the know with industry trends and the latest in digital marketing.
• Working with the HodgesNet team to develop and carry out marketing strategies.
• Lending a hand with admin tasks for the digital marketing team when needed.
• Providing top-tier customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Minimum Requirements
for All Candidates

• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Keen interest in social media management, content creation, and the wider world of digital marketing.
• Willingness to learn how to use A.I. tool such as Chat GPT to aid, not replace the creative process.
• Familiar with Google Drive and the use of Google Docs.
• Organised and detail-oriented.
• Able to work well on your own and as part of a team.

Benefits and Package

A full remuneration package including, but not limited to:

• Salary starting from £18,500-£20,000 / year depending on experience
• Salary review after completing a 6-month probationary period and then an annual review each year
• Working hours - 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday

  If your application is successful you will be invited to attend a Telephone Interview. Details will be sent to you.
   
• Step 3 — Face to Face Interview
  If successfully passing the Telephone interview stage, you will then be invited to attend a Face to Face Interview at the offices of HodgesNet office in Swindon which will include a 20-minute set task to complete. Allow an hour for this interview and task.
   
• Step 4 — Offer
  A final interview may be called up on but on selection, an offer will be made to the successful candidate with the expectation of acceptance or rejection to be sent within 5 working days back to the HodgesNet.
