When can you join and become part of the HodgesNet Mastermind?

You can apply to join at any time. The mastermind is limited to a maximum of 20 businesses. When all seats are taken, a waiting list will contain details of successful applicants who will be approached in order for their application date for an opportunity to join. After a successful application, the joining fee or full payment will be required to be paid, and membership will commence from the date of the next in-person meeting as dated in the schedule.

How long is my commitment to be part of the HodgesNet Mastermind?

Membership to the HodgesNet Mastermind is a 12-month commitment, and on renewal, each year will be for a further 12-month period. You are not only committing to the mastermind to focus on growing and scaling your own business but also to the support you can give and the experience you can bring to the table for other mastermind members.

What are the membership fees for the HodgesNet Mastermind?

Membership fees are listed above as a single payment of £12,000, by instalments of £3,000 every 3 months or by instalments of £1,250 every month. A joining fee of £2,000 for all payment instalment plans is required on commencement of your membership. All prices listed will be subject to VAT. Initial payments will be made by direct bank transfer, and then Direct Debit agreements will take payment for all instalments. These prices are correct at the time of publishing (September 2022) and may be subject to change at any time.

Is there any additional membership fee to pay should you want to include your business partner in business membership to the HodgesNet Mastermind?

Each of the 20 seats at the HodgesNet Mastermind table is made available for an individual business. Should you wish to include and want a business partner to attend meetings and be part of the mastermind, there will be a Partner Supplement payable of £4,000+VAT for the year. This additional payment will be added to your preferred payment plan in equal amounts, and they will be catered for and receive their own access to online resources and an additional joining pack. Evidence of being a partner in business will be required as evidence of your partnership.

What is included in the membership of the HodgesNet Mastermind?

Everything listed above (multiple two-day mastermind meetings, a four-day mastermind retreat, regular accountability calls, an awards dinner and a VIP ticket to Business Bootcamp LIVE event, plus one-to-one coaching calls) is all included. In addition, a joining pack, access to online resources and other bonus items are made available upon joining. What are the dates of the HodgesNet Mastermind Meetings?

The HodgesNet Mastermind dates are set out on the page above. Online Zoom-based accountability calls will last a maximum of 2 hours and take place typically on the first or second Friday of the month. In-person Mastermind meetings will take place on 1^st & 2^nd June 2023, 7^th & 8^th September 2023 and 7^th & 8^th December 2023 with the Mastermind Retreat booked for 7^th-10^th March 2023.

Where do the meetings take place for the HodgesNet in-person meetings?

At present, meetings are booked to take place in three locations. 2-Day Mastermind Meetups will take place in the Cotswolds Hotel & Spa, Chipping Norton and the Macdonald Berystede Hotel, Ascot. The location for the Mastermind Retreat remains secret for members only but will be held in Southern Europe. These locations could be subject to change.

Is accommodation included in the membership price for all in-person meetings?

Yes, all accommodation on a room-only basis will be included in what you have paid for membership for the one night in between all two-day mastermind meetings (June, September and December) and an evening dinner on day one, then lunch, snacks and refreshments during the two days of meetings. An all-inclusive package for four nights of stay for the HodgesNet Mastermind retreat (March) is included in your membership. Additional nights of stay and upgrades are available at additional cost. Travel costs are NOT included for any meeting – you must arrive under your own steam. Accommodation to attend Business Bootcamp LIVE events (9^th & 10^th December) is NOT included.

Will there be a charge for parking at any of the venues?

No charge will be made for parking if you wish to drive to any of the in-person meetings. Free parking will be provided and in some venues this will require your to register your car registration number when you arrive.

Can I join the HodgesNet Mastermind if I am unable to travel and meet in person?

In reality, the best masterminds are formed by close relationships and deep bonds that go far beyond the mastermind room itself. After years of restrictions limiting in-person meetings, building strong connections with in-person meetings is the bedrock of the HodgesNet Mastermind. Should you wish to apply to be part of the mastermind and be unable to travel and meet in person with other members, a provision will be made to video conference you into the room if your application is successful. There will be no price difference for not attending in person and membership fees will remain the same as all other members. Wherever possible, it would be amazing if you were able to make in-person meetings for the four times a year that they will take place.
