1. What is included in the cost of the retreat?
Your investment of ÂŁ5,400 inc VAT (or GBP $7,000) includes:
- Luxury accommodation at The Yateman Hotel, Gaia, Porto, Portugal.
- All snacks, refreshments, drinks, one evening dinner in the hotel, and a meal out included also.
- Activities and boat trip included.
- Personalized coaching and hot seat sessions
- Unique activities organised for you
- Networking opportunities with like-minded entrepreneurs
- Return airport transfers from Oporto Airport to the hotel and back.
2. What is not included in the cost of the retreat?
The cost of travel and transport to Location: Porto, is not included. Direct flights from most UK airports including London (Heathrow, Gatwick, and Stansted), Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle and Edinburgh makes Porto a very accessible destination.Â

3. Can I pay in instalments?
To secure your spot at the mastermind intensive, a minimum non-refundable deposit that equals 50% of your investment will be needed to at the time of you confirming your attendance after acceptance. The full balance will then be required within an additional 60 days and before travel. This ensures we can provide the highest quality experience for all attendees and acts as a qualifier for successful entrepreneurs that can invest in an experience like this.
4. How many people will be attending the retreat?
This event is limited to a small group of twenty entrepreneurs, together with Ant.Â
6. What should I bring to the retreat?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing suitable for various activities, including outdoor sessions. All necessary materials for coaching and hot seat sessions will be provided.
7. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Due to the limited number of spots and the extensive planning involved, we have a no-cancellation policy. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another suitable participant after agreement with Ant only. Please contact Ant no later than 90 days before the to discuss these options – after this period, no transfer will be possible.
8. How can I get to the Porto and the Hotel for the Intensive?
Oporto Airport (Airport code: OPO) is the nearest airport international travel. A return airport transfer will be arranged for you as part of your investment in this mastermind intensive, so all you need to do is get to Porto.
